Selling Your Book.
- Describe a common process for a buying an existing book. Look at it in terms the different organisations involved, how they get paid, how you get the book.
- Describe the process you would go through to get your book onto an online store such as Amazon.
- Give one example of when you have experienced good customer care (it could be anything)
- Give one example of when you have experienced poor customer care.
- How important are reviews to you when deciding to buy something on-line?

1.To buy a book you need to Download an App like the Kindle Reading App and then sign in on your Amazon Account.
The Kindle app is available for most major smartphones, tablets and computers. That means with our free Kindle reading apps, you can buy a Kindle book once and read it on any device with the Kindle app installed. You can also read that same Kindle book on a Kindle device if you own one.
Different organisations are companies such as Googleplay and Sony.
How they get paid.
They get paid through royalties which consist of a percentage of the book. If you publish through a traditional publisher it can be as low as 5-10 % publishing can be as high as 70%.

Communication with the customers with watching the Reviews.
An Example of bad Customer Care. When your item does not arrive and seem to get fobbed off. Emailing customer with no response and then I got refunded through using a pay pal account.This then make you angry so left a bad review online.
Review are very helpful when buying online as they give you an idea of the service that they provide to see if others were happy or not. So this can help you to make your mind up also.

You can set up a Facebook page which will promote to Facebook users and they can see the book and like it but can also comment on it too.
The cover of the book is a good way to promote the book by making it stand out and catch the eye.
